Jessica has been with Baylin Artists Management since the summer of 2002. Originally hired as an Artist Services Representative, she was quickly promoted to Artist Services Manager, the position she currently holds. As Artist Services Manager, Jessica has developed more efficient ways to handle the many responsibilities of Artists Services and will often be seen attending performances of roster artists around the region. Jessica also attends the Arts Presenters (APAP) conference in New York City each January.

Performing Arts has always been a huge part of Jessica's life. She started dancing at age 4 and continued through college. Jessica graduated from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA with a BA in Communications and a Minor in Dance and Theater. Jessica lives in Telford, PA with her husband and daughter.
